Who We Share Your Data With (Multi-Vendor Marketplace) Because Dibil Kitchen operates as a multi-vendor marketplace, we must share your shipping and contact information with the specific independent Vendor(s) (Record Labels, Individual Sellers) you purchased from, solely for the purpose of packaging and shipping your item. Vendors are strictly prohibited from saving, sharing, or using your personal data for any purpose other than fulfilling your specific order.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our authorized 3rd-party payment gateway (Xendit). Dibil Kitchen does not directly collect, store, or process your e-wallet credentials, bank account details, or sensitive banking PINs on our servers.
4. Data Retention and Your Rights When you place an order, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information (subject to BIR taxation and legal bookkeeping requirements). Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, as well as to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
