Bought a copy of this back in my high school days when “Dawncelia & Hoy! Hoy! Hoy!” hit the airwaves following their sophomore album “State of Confusion” with the hit song “Sikat na si Pedro”. “Third Offense” captured the heart of radio-friendly masses with the hit song “Lahat sa Tropa” but still PV has the edgy punk side on the album compared to their debut album “At Large” punk as fuck repertoire. It also features the studio version of “Sun City and I’m Sorry”.  Reissued vinyl by Puke ‘N’ Vomit & Middle Finger, released on cassette tape by RMD (Rare Music Distribution) back in 1994. I hope “State of Confusion” will be next? The CD version of the album is now available from Puke ‘N’ Vomit webstore. Rest in peace Arnold “McDonalds” Alar (bass) & Jesus “Rotten” Espiritu (guitar/vocals).
